End-to-End Encryption

Every layer of data – from the EZVIZ cloud to the app and the connected device – is fully encrypted from end to end with AES-128/256 encryption protocols.

2-Factor Authentication

EZVIZ uses two-factor authentication to block unauthorized access — even if someone knows your password. A verification code is required and will be sent to your registered phone number.

Exclusive Video Code

You can set up a password that is independent of your account password to further protect your device videos and images, so that others cannot easily access them.

Eyes off When You Need Space

Many EZVIZ indoor pan & tilt cameras are designed with a built-in physical privacy shutter that can be positioned to cover the camera lens completely. You can customize time periods to activate the cover automatically.

Stay off for Your Me-Time

Most EZVIZ products come with a sleep mode that you can enable via the EZVIZ App to stop the camera from recording – no live streaming, recording, motion detection, etc. will take place after you set it to stop.

Respect Boundaries for Privacy

We advise all users to use EZVIZ devices to only monitor within permitted and necessary areas. With specific doorbell cameras, you can set up a 101% black mask to completely block video in arestricted area.
