Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years or older ("Entrants"). The Promoter is Directed Electronics Australia Pty Ltd [A.C.N. 126 066 322] of 115-119 Link Rd, Melbourne Airport, 3045 Victoria Australia.
3. Employees of the Promoter, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
4. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older and agree to provide accurate contact details if they are selected as a winner.
5. To enter the EZVIZ EP8 Ultra Video Doorbell Giveaway ("Promotion"), participants must:

Giveaway Entry Steps:

1. Follow @ezviz.anz on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post

6. Completing all three (3) entry steps earns one (1) entry into the draw. Tagging additional friends, or leaving additional comments, does not earn additional entries.
7. Entrants who have completed a valid entry under clause 5 may earn one (1) bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tagging @ezviz.anz. The entrant’s Instagram account must be set to public for the Promoter to view and verify the story tag. Sharing the post to a story without a valid entry under clause 5 does not constitute an entry.
8. A maximum of two (2) entries per person is permitted: one (1) entry under clause 5 and one (1) bonus entry under clause 7.
9. Only the entrant who tags friends in the comments receives the entry. Friends who are tagged do not receive an entry by being tagged.
10. Entrants must remain following @ezviz.anz, and their comment and their like must remain on the giveaway post, at the time of the draw. If an entrant selected in the draw does not meet these conditions at the time of the draw, their entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted.
11. Entrants must ensure that their Instagram account settings allow them to receive a direct message from @ezviz.anz. If the Promoter is unable to send a direct message to an entrant selected in the draw, for any reason including that entrant’s account or privacy settings, their entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted.
12. The competition commences on Thursday, 22nd October 2026, at 12:00 PM (midday) AEDT and concludes on Sunday, 22nd November 2026, at 11:59 PM AEDT.
13. All times stated in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) is two (2) hours ahead of AEDT.
14. The winners will be selected by random draw conducted by the Promoter on Friday, 27th November 2026, at 3:00 PM AEDT.
15. The Promoter will announce on its Instagram account on Friday, 27th November 2026 that the draw has been conducted and that the winners have been contacted. The confirmed winners will be announced publicly once they have claimed their Prize in accordance with clause 17.
16. There will be THREE (3) winners drawn at random, each of whom will win one (1) of the nominated prizes. Only one (1) Prize may be won per person.
17. Each winner will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account following the draw. Winners must respond and provide their full name, phone number, email address, and postal address within seven (7) days of the Promoter sending the direct message. Failure to respond, or to provide all of the requested information, within that period will result in the entry being deemed invalid and a redraw being conducted.
18. Any winner selected in a redraw will be notified by direct message and must respond and provide the information set out in clause 17 within seven (7) days of the Promoter sending that direct message. If they do not, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and the Promoter may deal with it at its discretion.
19. The information requested under clause 17 is collected for the purpose of verifying the winner and delivering the Prize. It will not be used for marketing purposes unless the winner separately consents.
20. The total prize value is $1,197.00 AUD incl. GST and includes the following prizes (the “Prizes”):
• 3x EZVIZ EP8 Ultra Video Doorbell Kit (one (1) per winner, valued at $399.00 AUD incl. GST / $479.95 NZD incl. GST each)
21. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other product, and must be taken as offered.
22. The Promoter will deliver each Prize to the postal address provided by the winner at no cost to the winner. The Promoter will bear all delivery costs and any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable to delivery into New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
23. If the EZVIZ EP8 Ultra Video Doorbell Kit is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, supply a substitute product of equal or greater value, or the winner may elect to wait until stock becomes available. Any substitute product will be nominated by the Promoter, and the winner may not select, request, or nominate a product of their own choosing. The Promoter gives no guarantee as to when, or whether, stock will become available. If stock has not become available within six (6) months of the draw date, the Promoter will supply either a substitute product of equal or greater value nominated by the Promoter, or an EZVIZ gift card to the value of the Prize as stated in clause 20.
24. The Promoter shall not be liable for a Prize being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner or after it has been released to the winner.
25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by an entrant or a winner in connection with this Promotion or the Prizes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand entrants, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. This includes entries made by automated means, entries from duplicate or fraudulent accounts, entries from accounts created primarily for the purpose of entering competitions, and entries that tag accounts which are not genuine. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
27. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
28. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by a computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
29. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt or incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by website users or by any equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the Promotion.
30. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing the winner’s Instagram handle and first name on EZVIZ social media channels and in other EZVIZ marketing material, without further notice or compensation.
31. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.
32. The Promoter will only contact winners by direct message from the @ezviz.anz Instagram account, and will never request payment of any kind. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any communication from a third party purporting to represent the Promoter.
33. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information (including name and contact details) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion and delivering the Prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at . The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Promotion, deliver the Prizes, or as required by law.
