Warranty

EZVIZ provides two (2) years’ limited warranty for EZVIZ products purchased from the EZVIZ.COM.AU from the date of your purchase.

If your item purchased from EZVIZ.COM.AU is defective (not artificially damaged), within 14 days from the date of your purchase, you can return to EZVIZ AU and get a full refund or replacement. EZVIZ AU are responsible for shipping fee when returns are conducted within the 14 days.

Beyond the 14 days but within 2-year warranty, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. EZVIZ will repair or replace the defective unit after we receive the defective units at the EZVIZ warehouse. The customer must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The warranty service does not apply to software service and digital content.
